My parents arrived in the United States in the latter quarter of the 20th century, claiming their American Dream through the emerging technology industry of Silicon Valley. They passed that passion onto me, though I had less interest in coding and tinkering as opposed to communicating and sharing. Where they were coders, I was a connector.
It was there where I became a B2B marketer. I began my career in 2010 as a social media marketer, just as Facebook and Twitter were becoming means of communication. Since then, I’ve branched into product and content marketing where I’ve helped launch products and develop content marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Cisco, Oracle, Perficient, and Cloud Academy. My unique skill set allows me to bring a combination of technical knowledge, creative insight, and a process-driven mindset to ensure projects meet their deadlines and have their intended impact.
In addition to my professional career, I am also the founder of Albert’s List, a thriving job seeker community on Facebook with over 46,000 members. I’m passionate about giving back to the community, sharing my insights on the state of the economy, and helping others find work. Our community includes job seekers, hiring managers, entrepreneurs, and recruiters, and our members have gone on to receive jobs at Fortune 500 companies and startups. We also offer bootcamp programs to help professionals get hired.
In my free time, I enjoy wine tasting, collecting vintage ephemera, traveling, learning about others, and attending spin class.
